I have spent more than twelve years in Georgia courtrooms, and I have argued from every side of one.
I started out in personal injury, opening my own practice straight out of law school. From there I moved into public defense, carrying everything from routine felonies to the most serious cases in the complex division.
I later crossed to the other side as a prosecutor, trying felony cases to verdict. Most recently I served as senior trial counsel on the insurance defense side, evaluating and defending injury claims, carrying a full caseload from intake through trial, and building and leading a program that trained and mentored trial attorneys.
I was also a licensed real estate agent. That is part of why real estate and property matters sit alongside the litigation here, and it means I read a transaction the way the people closing it do.
I founded Arden Gray Legal to put that full circle experience to work for the people and businesses who need it. Having started out representing the injured, stood in the prosecutor's chair, sat beside the accused, and later defended injury claims for insurers, I know how each side builds a case, values it, and tries it. That is the advantage I bring to yours.

The Approach
Most injury and criminal matters resolve before a courtroom. They resolve on better terms when the other side knows you are ready for one. Three things follow from that.
